BUY FROM US WITH CONFIDENCE

Making a purchase with us could not be easier.

Firstly browse our store, and add any items that you wish to order along with any personalisation where necessary and add to your shopping basket.

After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We reserve the right to temporarily remove any item for sale on our website, and also to completely discontinue any item.

 

This may be caused by a problem with third parties which is out of our control, and therefore, there may be a delay between the decision being made and the item being removed from sale.

 

If you happen to purchase an item that we temporarily remove, or decide to discontinue, then an alternative will be offered to the customer, or a refund for that sole item or a gift voucher.

ORDERING

We aim to despatch your orders within 14-16 working days as each item is made to order.  In some cases this could take longer or be slightly quicker. 

If your order is required for a specific short date then it is your responsibility to contact us via email or our social media pages before placing your order to check if this is acheivable. 

IMAGES

Please note that the product images may, from time to time, be slightly different, but will represent the actual product. Depending on the type of screen or monitor, the colour and shades of the images may appear different.

RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns for any personalised or made to order items, unless the item is faulty.

 

If an item requires redelivery to you we are not liable for this cost. A recharge of delivery will be required if you missed delivery and failed to collect from your local sorting office. 

 

Any missing/damaged/incorrect items from your order must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of your parcel. Claims after that period will not be honoured.

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve any issues you have.

 

For any non-personalised orders, you have the right, under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted item within 7 days. The 7 day period begins on the day of delivery.

 

We are not liable for the delivery and return postage for your item(s). If you received an item that is incorrect or faulty you must notify us upon receiving your order within the indicated time scale. 

 

Postage will only be covered by us if a redelivery or new item needs to be sent due to our error. 

 

If goods are received damaged from the courier then please contact us with the evidence of the packaging and product. This can be sent via email or message us on our social media sites. Once we receive this evidence we will be able to replace your item(s).
